Free Shipping:
We are proud to offer free ground shipping on every order within the US. Expedited Shipping is available upon request at customer’s expense.
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping and handling fee and ship via US Postal Service Mail. Please add 5-7 days to projected delivery time. You will be contacted via e-mail if additional shipping and handling fees apply.
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted.
DiamondStoreUSA reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.
Canceling an order:
No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours of order placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for easy returns.
Signature Requirements for Delivery:
If your delivery is over $500.00 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS/FedEx. If your delivery is under $500.00 and shipped via UPS/FedEx, they still require a signature. These requirements are for your protection while tracking your package.

International Orders: We are not accepting International Orders at this time. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States because we are unable to verify the billing information.
